Production notes

After carefully harvesting the best winter wheat, the rye vodka is distilled 6 times and then carefully blended with the essence of bison grass aged for 2 years in oak barrels to create Zubrowka, the legendary bison grass vodka with an incomparable taste and smell.

Tasting notes

Pale olive colour. Complex, enigmatic notes, with natural aromas (thyme and lavender) enhanced by a touch of vanilla and spring flowers. The combination of lavender, jasmine and citrus flavours evokes chocolate and café au lait. The finish is extraordinarily long, sweet and aromatic.
