Tasting notes
Pale golden yellow, brilliant and limpid. Very intense on the nose, this Gewurztraminer develops characteristic aromas of spices, sultanas and marc. Floral notes (rose) add freshness and delicacy. The palate is powerful yet thirst-quenching. Well-balanced and ample on the palate. A very expressive wine, with spices and hints of honey. Long-lasting aromas and a fresh finish. A wine that is very representative of the grape variety. Serve between 10°C and 12°C. Often served as an aperitif or with desserts such as fruit tarts. It also goes well with strong cheeses such as Roquefort, Munster and Brie de Melun. It goes perfectly with lobster Armoricaine-style. Ideal with exotic, spicy or hot cuisine.
