Production notes
Hand-picked, fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the Sauvignon's natural aromas, then matured on fine lees for 3 months.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with steel highlights and a clean, transparent golden rim. On the nose, there is good aromatic intensity, starting with very pleasant aromas of stone fruit, such as apricot and peach, accompanied by light citrus notes and the herbaceous touches typical of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the wine is dry, with good acidity to give it freshness. Food and wine pairing: Goes very well with aperitifs and fish and seafood dishes.
