Production notes
The grapes are macerated, and only yolk must is used in fermentation. Vineyards aged between 20 and 30 years of Sauvignon Blanc variety, located in the municipality of Valdestillas, Valladolid, at an altitude of 750 meters. Mechanized night harvest.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow in color, with steely hues and golden rims, clean and transparent. The nose offers good intensity of aromas, with initial notes of stone fruit such as apricot and peach, accompanied by light hints of citrus and herbaceous details typical of the varietal. On the palate the wine is dry, with good acidity that brings freshness, elegant but nervous. An ideal aperitif wine that always pairs wonderfully with seafood.
