Production notes

When the grapes reach the right stage of ripeness, they are carefully picked, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. and the wine matures on the lees for nine months, with stirring.

Tasting notes

On the palate, it's very balanced, with vibrant minerality and acidity combined with notes of good bottle evolution. Ripe fruits such as pineapple and melon predominate, with a rich, full and very persistent finish. Food pairing: Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish or poultry.
