Production notes
Cold pre-fermentation maceration, which allows greater release of varietal aromas. Throughout the process, inert gases are used to preserve the wines, avoid contact with oxygen and achieve greater longevity. 20% are matured in French oak tuns on their lees.
Tasting notes
Greenish yellow colour. Medium intensity, clean, bright and with the presence of tears. Strong citrus intensity, with herbaceous fennel and balsamic notes. Tropical and floral aromas. Fresh, with balanced acidity. Full-bodied and smooth. Balsamic and herbaceous notes return in the retronasal. Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif and with cold dishes such as creams, steamed vegetables, salads, creamy cheeses and white meats.
