Production notes
Vinification: stainless-steel vats, cold pre-fermentation maceration, gentle extraction promoting a long cuvaison. Ageing: a minimum of 24 months to allow for the wine’s natural stabilization, while retaining the carbon dioxide naturally produced during fermentation to preserve the grape’s natural aromas. A degassing is carried out before bottling.
